Refund Policy for Firestick
Eligibility for Refunds:
Technical Issues: Refunds are only issued for Firesticks if there is a technical issue that cannot be resolved by our support team. If troubleshooting fails to resolve the issue, a refund may be considered.
Resolution Attempt: Before a refund is issued, our technical support team will attempt to resolve any issues remotely. Customers experiencing problems should contact support for assistance.
Defective Products: If the Firestick is found to be defective upon arrival and we cannot provide a working replacement or resolve the issue remotely, a full refund will be issued.
Refund Process:
Reporting Issues: Customers should report any issues within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund consideration.
Verification of Claim: Once a refund request is submitted, our team will verify the claim by remotely diagnosing the Firestick. This may involve customer participation to confirm the issue.
Approval of Refund: If we determine that the issue is due to a defect or a failure on our part that cannot be corrected, the refund will be processed.
Processing Refunds: Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
Return Shipping: If a refund is approved due to our inability to resolve a defect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Instructions and a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
Initial Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed as defective or the incorrect item was sent.
