Order Cancellation Policy

At Streaming1TV®, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible as possible while allowing us to provide efficient service to all our customers.

Cancellation Eligibility:

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once an item is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

  • Custom Orders: Customized items or orders that require specific configurations cannot be canceled once they have entered the preparation or production phase.

How to Cancel Your Order:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. You can reach us via email at [email protected]. Providing the order number, details of the item, and your contact information will expedite the process.

  2. Confirmation of Cancellation: Once your cancellation request is received, we will confirm whether the order can be canceled based on its current status. If the order is eligible for cancellation, we will process it immediately and send you a confirmation email.

Refunds for Canceled Orders:

  • Refund Processing: If the cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. This includes the cost of the item and any associated shipping charges if the order has not been shipped.

  • Ineligible Cancellations: If the cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, you may need to initiate a return upon receipt of the item. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on how to proceed.

Adjustments to Orders:

  • Modifying Orders: If you need to make changes to an order instead of canceling it (e.g., changing the size or color of an item), please contact our customer service. We will do our best to accommodate changes up to the point of shipping.

Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items:

  • Cancellation of Pre-Orders: If you wish to cancel a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, please contact us as these items can often be canceled before they enter the shipping process, depending on their expected shipping dates.
